Refund Policy

Islands you build yourself

• Your island goes live the moment you pay. If it is not what you hoped, ask within 14 days of paying for a full refund, no questions asked. The island is taken offline when the refund goes through.

Islands we build for you

• Before we start building: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After we send the preview: we will make the changes included in your package until it feels right. Because the work is custom, we do not refund once the preview has been delivered.
• If we are late: if your island is not delivered within 14 days after the promised date, you can ask for a full refund.

Either way

• If something breaks: if your island stops working during the hosting period and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

How to ask

Email hello@dearisle.com with your order reference (it looks like DI-261007-AB12CD). Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
