Is it a game?
Not really. There is nothing to win. It is a little world to wander around: click a house to read its story, wait for someone to say hello, come back at night when the lighthouse is on.
Do they need to download anything?
No. It opens in any modern browser, on a phone or a computer. You get one private link to share.
Can I use real photos?
Yes, to make their little figure: add a photo and we pick up their hair, skin and clothes colors, then you fine-tune it. The photo stays on your device and is never uploaded. The island itself stays in one soft clay style, so it feels like one little world.
Who can see it?
Only people you give the link to. Islands are not listed anywhere and search engines are asked not to index them.
How long does it stay online?
At least 5 years, included in the price.
What if I want something changed?
You see the whole island before you pay. After that, email us and we will make changes (one round with Classic, two with Keepsake). If you change your mind within 14 days, you get a full refund.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, or a card through PayPal, when you save your island. It goes live the moment the payment goes through. If you asked us to build it for you, we email you a payment link with the plan instead.
