Terms of Service

Dear Isle makes small, custom 3D island web pages ("islands") as personal digital gifts. By ordering an island or visiting this site you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@dearisle.com.

What you are buying

• A custom island built from the details you send us, delivered as a private web link.
• The island is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped.
• Delivery times on the pricing page start once we have confirmed the details with you and received payment.
• You get the number of revision rounds included in your package.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the names, words and stories you send us. You give us permission to use them only to build, host and support your island.
• Please send only content you have the right to share. Do not include anything hateful, harassing, sexual, or that exposes someone's private information against their wishes.
• We may decline or remove an island that breaks these rules. If we decline before building, you get a full refund.
• We will not show your island in our marketing unless you say yes.

Hosting

Each island stays online for at least 5 years from delivery, included in the price. Islands are reachable only through their link and are marked so search engines do not index them. Anyone you give the link to can open it.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are paid through PayPal. We do not see or store your card details.

The fine print

• The islands are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them online and working on modern browsers, but we cannot promise they will work on every device.
• Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that island.
• We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date above.
